What is the standard shipping time for lighting fixtures?
Most of our lighting fixtures are processed within 2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Custom or oversized chandeliers may require additional transit time.
Do your products come with light bulbs included?
To allow for personal preference in color temperature and brightness, most fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated in the product description.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your item arrives damaged or with broken glass, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos to receive a free replacement.
Are your lights compatible with dimmer switches?
The majority of our hardwired fixtures are dimmable, provided you use dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall switch. Please check the specific product specifications for details.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we provide comprehensive assembly guides. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall installations.
Can I use indoor lamps in an outdoor setting?
Indoor-rated lamps should never be used outdoors. Please look for 'Wet' or 'Damp' safety ratings in our outdoor collection to ensure the fixture can withstand moisture and weather.
