At Light Your Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting doesn't perfectly brighten your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective padding to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
